Milford Pumas Youth FC (MPYFC) is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers to provide football for local young boys and girls from ages 5 (Reception) to 18 (College) in a fun and safe environment
Please register or renew memberships from May and by the end of June to ensure league registrations and club organisation (teams, pitch hire and equipment orders) can take place for the coming season
New registrations throughout the season are welcome but we may only be able to accommodate training only sessions if a team is full
Players under the age of 6 years

Under 5 and 6 age groups are run in association with
Pitch Pals.
Sessions are payable directly to the provider.
U7 (Year 2) & U18 (College)
New registrations for Under 7 and above go through a 2-stage process to ensure there is space in a team for the player.
Renewals start from April and involve a simple data check and payment.

01 Apply
Registrations for U7+ are submitted online.
You will need a recent (last 3 months) digital passport style photo
(clear head and shoulders shot) of each player you are registering and their proof of date of birth
(photo / scan of passport or birth certificate). This is required for league registrations.
02 Confirmation
Before you complete payment, the club will confirm there is space for your player on a team. You will receive an approved confirmation email or further contact from the club. If there is no space on a team for matches, we always try to offer training sessions until space becomes available.
03 Payment
Log back in and pay* via the link in the approved confirmation email.
*Payment is via credit/debit card and an instalment option is available.
Always keep players information up to date as this may be used in an emergency during training or matches
To edit/view your details once logged in click the 'View or Edit' button on your membership dashboard.
You can set a password and save it on your browser if you aren't using a shared device to make it easier to log in the next time.
If you have multiple siblings - you can flick between them using the dropdown on the top right.
Membership renewals require a new recent passport style photo for every player each season.
Security and accuracy of data is important to us.

CAN I GET A SIBLING DISCOUNT?
Sibling discounts have already been applied to registrations for multiple players (for siblings within the same family). Simply select the correct membership fee type when registering online.
WHAT IS THE MEMBERSHIP FEE SPENT ON?
The subscription fee covers training & match fees, pitch fees, league fees, insurance, courses, equipment, trophies, kits and other club costs.
A late fee of £10 applies to all registrations after the end of June for admin and league charges.
HOW DO I CONTACT MY MANAGER?
Select your age group from the age group pages to find contact information for each team.
Your manager will also be in touch to inform you of the team you are in and arrangements for training and matches.

Please review the club's policies
for your child's safety and report any safeguarding concerns to the club's Child Welfare Officer (CWO).
Which League?
Your manager will inform you of the league your team will be registered with or you can find out on your age group
pages.
League secretaries will complete the league registration on your behalf so it is important to make sure your information is accurate when you register online with Milford Pumas and the players photo is a recent, passport style image (the league rejects them if not) and you have uploaded their proof of DOB.
