NHS Test & Trace App Mandatory

The FA have mandated the use of the NHS Covid-19 App at all football activity
Following the latest Government announcement, all clubs must use the NHS Test & Trace app to record attendance of all participants, including spectators, referee and opposition, at all football activity.
The facility provider or your manager will have a QR code for you to scan on arrival using the NHS Test & Trace App which you can download here. If there are any issues with the App a paper back up will be used and destroyed after 21 days.
